1st Ever Perth Blog Entry

Posted by Ben, Jul 1 2006, 06:09 PM

On the shortest day of the year this is my first blog in Perth Australia.

Visitors won't come back to read your BLOGS if they are perceived as crafted promotional messages rather than sincere thought provoking engagement with readers. Registered users can start their own Perth Blogs at this PerthPerth.com website. Including the word "perth" (the search engine strength of this blog) makes your blog perform better after search engine spiders discover it. If blogs have nothing to do with Perth, ie web spam, they will be deleted when reported. Abusive messages will be deleted when reported.

Today, with the help of Sam we've improved security of the Perth Forum.

Hopefully Russian mafia hackers will be a thing of the past. They deleted all messages in the top, General Perth Forum and fraudulently sent emails and SMS spam to Perth people while pretending to be me! After examining email headers (in OutLook when the email is fully opened > View > Options > shows "Internet Headers") the ACMA (Australian cyber cops) said one of the emails sent to half of...

Perth Bali Perth

BALI

With flights and cheap accommodation in Bali so cheap, Bali is the most popular international destination for Perthites. Only three hours away for under $300 means it is cheaper, warmer and more exotic for a holiday in Bali than Dunsborough or Rottnest. More Perthites holiday in Bali than cities of other Australian states. Many Perthites retire to Bali for winter. I love Bali because it has ALL the other things Asia has but in one place. Most importantly surf. Yes Samui has great Thai food. Yes Sri Lanka has surf, cheap good food, culture, mountains, snorkeling, etc but distance is a barrier.

Last year I had the fortune to work a couple of hours each afternoon (after surfing), teaching the marketing executives of the 5 star Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel on South Kuta Beach. The breakfast at this Bali beach resort was delicious and creative, with a good variety to choose from every morning. The night clubs in Bali pump out duff duff dance music all night. Each club is different. I liked the young raunchy dancers in the VIP Club near the memorial to the Bali bomb victims. ...

Pool Care in Perth

Posted by Ben, Apr 26 2006, 04:13 PM

Autumn and winter is when the leaves fall into your swimming pool. If you use a pool cover in winter, leaves and other debris falling into your pool area won't be a problem. But if you keep your pool open year-round, these leaves can block filters, crates and stain your pool.

The initial stage in erasing pool stains left by leaves is with a shock of chlorine in the pool. You can then scrub the stain with a brush. In many cases, doing this will remove the stain completely. If the stain is at the waterline, try using an enzyme-based cleaner. Since these cleaners erase the oils that hold the dirt at the waterline, the stain should vanish with little or no scrubbing on your part. To finish, use a vinyl or tile cleaner that’s appropriate for pools. This will remove the remainder of the pool stain.

If you are looking to remove leaf and other organic stains from your pool deck, first you must pressure wash to remove all solid leaf matter and debris. You can then apply a household detergent to the damp decking. After letting it sit for a few minutes, scrub vigorously with a stiff broom or...

India

Posted by Ben, Jan 10 2006, 09:36 PM

Racial base violence and religious violence is carried out by crazy fanatics in both Melbourne and India.

Lucky Perth doesn't have the anger shown in recent violence by a VERY small minority of Melbourne dickheads.
What is also disturbing is the way Indian media is social engineering resentment against the average Australian because of the action of these Melbourne racists.
Most Indian's liked Australians. After all we play cricket too. I wonder if the Indian press have gone into as much coverage of the recent Melbourne attacks on Indians as they did of the coverage of Indian fantical murders by fire of an Australian born man and his sons in 1999

I trained and employ a part time Indian web marketer in Perth.

It is in the interest of the people of both India and Perth to keep harmonious relations accross the eastern and western shores of the Indian Ocean.

My favourite cuisine is Indian. I love eating at Indian restaurants in Perth. Perhaps some of this rasist dickheads in Melbourne, if caught, should be forced to do some community work in an Indian village where they would...

2010 in Perth

Posted by Ben, Jan 1 2006, 10:36 AM

2010 New Year resolution I made near Perth at lake side holiday accommodation Mandurah for me is to get enough sleep. I’ve just returned from a great surfing holiday near Dunsborough south of Perth, surfing “Three Bears” and “Injidup Car Park”. The great family friendly calm beach discovered is PK beach near Dunsborough which will show via my www.youtube.com/beachperth It is a good time to buy real estate in Dunsborough. Impressive is Mark’s house for sale at Eagle Bay near Cape Naturaliste.

In 2009 my partner of 10 years died, after which I rushed into a relationship with a girl in Bali whom I loved but she doubted my sincere love for her and left me in Koh Samu, an island in the Gulf of Thailand where I unexpectedly found surf and a nice girl so much younger than me that she lied about her age in fear of rejection. I initially did reject her and reversed it after my City Beach mate and his girlfriend encouraged me saying “come on Ben, don’t sulk in your hotel room at the loss of your Indonesian girlfriend”. I’m glad I listened because she turned out to be a wonderful, cheerful...
