Professional office in commercial business complex at 133 Kewdale Rd, Kewdale. Ground floor with plenty of parking. Owner is seeking to share the total office area of approximately 35 sqm. Owner runs an accounting practice from the office.

Suitable for someone requiring approximately 15 sqm of their own space. The work area is open plan, but the option to use low rise partitioning to create a semi-private work area is possible.
