One large bedroom is available in a 3 bedroom two bathroom villa. It has evaporative airconditioning. You will have access to a large pool which is part of the complex. I am purchasing the villa it and it is available from 23/08/2014. I will be furnishing the place but your room will be unfurnished. Rent is $230 per week including bills.

The villa is located in a peaceful part of Maylands near Tranby Cottage. It is a short drive to the airport and a 20 minute bike ride to the city. Maylands has a lovely cafe culture and has good services.

Would suit a female who is a quiet morning person. If you are a night owl and you like to houseclean at midnight on a week day then this is not the place for you. I am happy for some quiet drinks at home but it is definitely not a party house. You would be sharing with one professional female and a dog.
