Liz Constable lives near Col in the same leafy suburb with extra wide building set-backs from road verges. Liz wrote in her newsletter that high rise is a controversial issue in Scarborough but failed to commit to good planning in the electorate she is supposed to represent. Liz is a FENCE SITTER. Stating the obvious without committing to a cause of good city planning MOST voters of Scarborough want is self-serving, useless, non-commitment, typical of many politicians.
