Phi Yen Restaurant Perth
The Phi Yen restaurant in north Perth served very affordable, delicious Vietnamese food. We ordered stuffed chicken wings, prawn and duck rolls wrapped in rice flour pastry , squid, fried rice, etc in entree serves so we could fit more different samples of Vietnamese cuisine in at lunch.  Phi Yen restaurant staff were well organised. I guess Phi Yen restaurant is a family owned restaurant. A girl working there had the uniform of a school I used to teach at near the Perth CBD.
