Im not sure where this should go but i needed to discuss something i'm very unhappy about
I've just removed an unwanted car with Bozzautos, they've just taken it away to the scrapyard but here's the issue Their website advertisement http://www.removevehicle.com.au/remove-vehicle-get-cash.html claims BozzAuto provides free towing service AND is willing to pay for unwanted cars. So I've just handed in my recently de-registered Nissan to BozzAuto and did not received a single cent for the Nissan which is still in very good condition . I texted them about this but they insist twice that they only provide free towing service and nothing is mentioned about cash for the car they towed away, but why does the website advertisement tells me something completely different ? Is this a possible consumer issue ?i have a gut feeling it is, and am just sharing to warrant fair judgement on the issue. |

This topic is unknown for me but after reading your article I understand relationship between consumer and seller. Thanks for your informative post.
